Hey I am still trying to get over the disappointment of the end not coming in 1975, and then 1914 was thrown out the window and now this. How many disappointments do these guys have in store for the 'friends' in my life time.

The Preaching work has ended and now the end will come... have you heard ?
by thasmyquixtar5000 inthis one was too funny... sent to me by my brother an audio tape of a talk stating that the preaching work is now over and that witnesses are in every country in the world, except north korea, somila, and afganistan (excuse my miss spellings) but really this was just too funny so funny i could not even listen to the whole thing with out screaming in laughter.
the brother goes on to say that they will not be preaching in those countries becaues jehovah god will never put his people in danger and allow them to be killed... hello... what about all those that died over no blood, and what about all those in africa rewanda that the brother told to refuse to except an id card sumilar to our ss card telling those poor brothers that it was a form of worship?
i could not believe it but thought it was just tipical of the times, too many of the witnesses are leaving, and the love of the greater number has cooled the hell off... they are grabbing at straws right about now.

I just emailed the Dr. Phil show
by J-ex-W ini just emailed the dr. phil show with significant aspects of my story--not just the jw stuff but with being a large part of the complicated picture and said i would be willing to air my issues on their show.
the hidden horrors of marital sex abuse and of sleep-rape, specifically, must be exposed to the general public.
too many believe that it's not even possible to rape a sleeping woman...and they are soooo wrong, as my firsthand experience attests!!!

What are they trying to suck up to the U.N. to get their old spot back they gave up after it was exposed that they were sitting in the U. N. Yeah this sounds like New World Order b.s. to me.

Astonishing Publisher Peak in Britain for August 2006
by slimboyfat inwell i just got the new kingdom ministry for december and it has the publisher peak for august: 129,482!.
that is quite an amazing total when you compare it to the trend of recent years:.
2006 - 129,482. i wish i could produce a graph, but you get the picture - there has been a dramatic increase in the publisher peak number this year compared with the recent downward trend after the 1995 "generation" change and subsequent stagnation.

There haven't been any new end of the world predictions coming out of Brooklyn have there, that would explain a sudden increase because that always cranks the numbers up until the inevitable fizzle when yet another Witness phrophecy doesn't happen followed by the Societies Gestapo like crackdown on the groaners and complainers afterwards.

Well the Witnesses don't use drums or meditaion they use five meetings a week, service, they consume all your spare time, but the idea is the same, brainwashing looks similar in all the religions only the techniques vary. It kind of reminds me of the comments I once read by a slave who said that working in the fields all day was so hard and such drugery you never were able to think clearly about your condition unless you were brought into work in the house to do lighter work with some spare time and thats when thoughts of escape were possible.
